Our biodynamic wines are Demeter Certified, elevating the principles of organic farming by embracing a holistic approach that treats the vineyard as a living organism. In biodynamic viticulture, everything is interconnected. We strive to maximize the health and well-being of the soil, plants, animals, and people, all of which form a unified, self-sustaining ecosystem. With over 20 years of experience, our viticulturist, Carlos Feliu, sees the farm as a thriving ecosystem composed of many elements working in harmony. He also recognizes the importance of lunar cycles, carefully timing planting, pruning, and harvesting to align with the natural rhythms of the moon and stars.
