Red wine aged for 24 months in French oak barrels. 14.5% vol.
Full-bodied, with soft, velvety tannins overlaid with ripe black fruits that emerge through the long finish.
The grapes were selected and harvested by hand near the winery in Porreres. Traditional winemaking methods were used with no added bacteria or yeasts, only spontaneous fermentation respecting the rules stipulated by Demeter International. Temperature-controlled fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks and ageing took place in first year French oak barrels for about 24 months before bottling.
Visual: Bigarreau cherry red with a hint of violet and broad robe. Medium to high intensity.
Nose: clearly representative of the variety, with aromas of ripe black fruit and a slightly spicy touch. Subsequently a smoky and roasted touch from the passage per barrel.
Tasting phase: Full-bodied, with soft, velvety tannins overlaid with ripe black fruits that emerge through the long finish. Very dense, pure fruit and super clean.
