Rich, full-bodied, showcasing red fruits and earthy undertones, with moderate tannins and acidity.
The summer of 2007 was dry and hot, perfect for ripening and perfect health of the berries.
The grapes were selected and harvested by hand in the vineyards near the winery in Porreres (Mallorca – Balearic Islands). Traditional methods were used with no added yeast or bacteria, respecting the defined rules of Demeter International. Spontaneous fermentation at controlled temperature was done in stainless steel tanks and ageing in 225 litre French oak barrels for a period of 12 to 15 months.
Visual: Tile red with violet hints of medium depth. Medium intensity.
Nose: Ripe fruit aromas emerge on the nose, as well as a slightly spicy (typical of the French oak barrels) and slightly toasted touch.
Tasting phase: The palate confirms the perfect balance of the wine, with concentrated aromas of ripe black fruits, supported by an integrated structure of tannins and a well-balanced acidity. The perfect integration
