IGP Vi de la Terra de Mallorca. Varietals: Merlot. Alcohol: 14% vol.

Vintage

2025. The Merlot was harvested in the first week of September. All grapes were in optimal condition for the harvest, as it was a year of mild temperatures with no rainfall during the harvest period.

Winemaking

Grapes were selected and hand-harvested from vineyards located in Porreres (Mallorca, Balearic Islands). Traditional winemaking methods were used, without the addition of yeast or bacteria (according to conditions defined by DEMETER INTERNACIONAL). Spontaneous fermentation and vinification took place in a stainless steel tank.

Tasting notes

• Visual: Clean, bright, pale Provençal-style rosé with onion skin hues. Shows legs in the glass.
• Nose: Very high intensity, with aromas of ripe strawberry.
• Palate: A fresh and balanced wine.

Service & pairing

Service temperature: 8-10 °C approximately. Pairs well with fish, pasta, and rice dishes, or as an aperitif.
