Medium-bodied with a fresh attack, turning immediately minerally on the palate, then swinging again towards ripe-pineapple notes that sustain the medium finish. Touch of fresh herbs coming through at the end. Crisp enough for an aperitif, but better with white fish or seafood. From biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter certification. Chardonnay, viognier, prensal blanc and sauvignon blanc.

Clean and bright. Greenish yellow in color. Ripe nose with notes of white flowers, pear, apricot, elderberry and a light note of smoke. In the mouth it is fatty, sweet, unctuous, but with a very good length and freshness. Mineral and slightly bitter that enhances the tension and persistence of the wine.
