Still red wine aged in Italian stoneware vats. Bold and velvety, offering deep fruit flavors and textural complexity with a robust finish. 14% vol.
Grapes selected and harvested by hand from vineyards located in Porreras (Majorca – Balearic Islands). Traditional and biodynamic methods have been used under Demeter regulations with spontaneous fermentation without the addition of yeast. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in Italian stoneware vats for 12 months.
Visual: Tile red with violet tones. Very high intensity. Wide robe
Nose: Ripe red fruit aromas are perceived on the nose. Liquorice, typical of the Syrah variety.
Tasting phase: In the mouth it has a good balance between alcohol and acidity, a full-bodied and structured wine. It is silky, round, with a good passage and a pleasant finish.
Game meats and poultry. Also pasta and rice dishes.
