Elegant and vibrant rosé, blending Merlot’s fruitiness with Viognier’s aromatic intensity.

The summer of 2023 was dry and hot, which meant that the white varieties were harvested earlier at the beginning of August and the red varieties at the end of the same month. That same year 2023 there were no pests due to the drought and the high temperatures and, therefore, the grapes were in perfect phytosanitary condition.
Grapes selected and harvested by hand in vineyards located in Porreres (Mallorca – Balearic Islands). Traditional production methods, without the addition of yeasts or bacteria (according to conditions defined by DEMETER INTERNATIONAL). Temperature controlled fermentation in
stainless steel tanks.
Visual: Pale, bright, onion skin colour – Provençal style. Tears are
visible in the glass.
Nose: Very high intensity, aromas of ripe strawberry, balsamic and
tropical and exotic fruits such as banana and lychee.
Tasting phase: Fresh and balanced wine.
As an aperitif without pairing, with fish, pasta, rice dishes and white meats.
