Young still white wine

The summer of 2025 was dry and hot, leading to an early harvest at the beginning of August. The absence of pests due to the drought and high temperatures ensured the grapes were in excellent sanitary condition.

13% vol.

Grapes were hand-harvested in the vineyards near the winery in Porreres, Mallorca, Balearic Islands. Following DEMETER INTERNACIONAL standards, the wine underwent spontaneous fermentation without added yeasts or bacteria. Each variety was fermented separately in stainless steel tanks under temperature control before being blended.

Visual: Pale yellow with green highlights. Clear and bright with visible legs in the glass.
Nose: High intensity with floral and tropical aromas such as banana (Chardonnay) and lychee (Viognier), finishing with balsamic and heather notes characteristic of Sauvignon Blanc.
Palate: A fresh, well-balanced wine with good structure.
