Montesión Rosé Merlot 2025
Rose Merlot exhibits characteristics of both red and white wines. Pale pink color, derived from the brief contact with the grape skins, and a display of flavors of red fruits such as strawberry, raspberry, and cherry, as well as floral and citrus notes.
Rose Merlot offers a delightful alternative to traditional red and white wines, combining the fruity flavors of Merlot with the freshness and vibrancy of a rosé.

HARVEST
2025. The Merlot was harvested during the first week of September. The grapes reached optimal conditions due to a year characterized by mild temperatures and no rainfall during the harvest period.

14% vol.
WINEMAKING PROCESS
Grapes are selected and hand-harvested in vineyards located in Porreres (Mallorca – Balearic Islands). Following traditional methods and DEMETER INTERNACIONAL standards, the wine is produced without the addition of yeasts or bacteria. Spontaneous fermentation and vinification take place in stainless steel tanks. The alcohol content is 14% vol.
SENSORY ANALYSIS
Visual: Clean, bright, pale pink in a Provençal style, reminiscent of onion skin. Shows legs in the glass.
Nose: Very high intensity with aromas of ripe strawberry.
Palate: A fresh and balanced wine.
