The 2021 vintage was characterized by dry and mild conditions, providing optimal ripening and sanitary status for the berries. The Syrah harvest took place in mid-September.

14% vol.

WINEMAKING PROCESS

Hand-harvested grapes from vineyards in Porreres, Mallorca (Balearic Islands). Produced using traditional and biodynamic methods under DEMETER INTERNACIONAL regulations, featuring spontaneous fermentation without added yeast. The wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for 12 months in Italian stoneware amphorae. Alcohol: 14% vol.

SENSORY ANALYSIS

Visual: Tile red with violet hues. Very high intensity. Wide layer.
Nose: Aromas of ripe red fruits. Notes of liquorice, characteristic of the Syrah variety.
Palate: Good balance between alcohol and acidity. A full-bodied and structured wine that is silky and round, with a pleasant mouthfeel and finish.
