HARVEST
The summer of 2020 was dry and mild, perfect for the ripening and phytosanitary conditions of the berries. The Petit Verdot was harvested the last week of September.

WINEMAKING PROCESS
The grapes were selected and harvested by hand near the winery in Porreres. Traditional winemaking methods were used with no added bacteria or yeasts, relying solely on spontaneous fermentation respecting the rules stipulated by DEMETER INTERNACIONAL. Temperature-controlled fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks, and aging occurred in first-year French oak barrels for about 24 months before bottling.
SENSORY ANALYSIS
Visual: Cherry red with some violet touches and a deep robe. Medium-high intensity.
Nose: Clearly representative of the variety, revealing aromas of ripe black fruit alongside a very spicy touch. Subsequently, a slightly smoky and roasted note from the barrel aging becomes apparent.
Palate: Full-bodied, with soft and velvety tannins coated by ripe black fruits that emerge through the long finish. Very dense, pure, and super clean fruit.
