WINEMAKING PROCESS
The grapes were selected and harvested by hand near the winery in Porreres. Temperature-controlled fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks and ageing took place in first year French oak barrels for about 24 months before bottling.
SENSORY ANALYSIS
Visual: Bigarreau cherry red with a hint of violet and broad robe. Medium to high intensity.
Nose: clearly representative of the variety, with aromas of ripe black fruit and a slightly spicy touch. Subsequently, a slightly smoky and roasted touch from the time spent in oak barrels can be appreciated.
Tasting phase: Full-bodied, with soft, velvety tannins overlaid with ripe black fruits that emerge through the long finish. Very dense, pure fruit and super clean.
