Son Naava Rose Merlot 2023

Rose Merlot exhibits characteristics of both red and white wines. Pale pink color, derived from the brief contact with the grape skins, and a display of flavors of red fruits such as strawberry, raspberry, and cherry, as well as floral and citrus notes.

Rose Merlot offers a delightful alternative to traditional red and white wines, combining the fruity flavors of Merlot with the freshness and vibrancy of a rosé.

 Young rosé wine

2023. The Merlot was harvested the first week of September. All the grapes were in optimal conditions for harvesting as it was a year of mild temperatures and no rainfall at harvest time.

14.5% vol

Grapes selected and harvested by hand in vineyards located in Porreres (Mallorca – Balearic Islands). Traditional winemaking methods, without the addition of yeasts or bacteria (according to conditions defined by DEMETER INTERNATIONAL). Spontaneous fermentation and vinification took place in stainless steel tanks.

Visual: Pale, bright, pale pink “Provençal” style, onion skin. Tears are visible in the glass.
Nose: Very high intensity, ripe strawberry aromas.
Tasting phase: It is a fresh and balanced wine.
