Montesión Rosé Merlot 2025
Rose Merlot exhibits characteristics of both red and white wines. Pale pink color, derived from the brief contact with the grape skins, and a display of flavors of red fruits such as strawberry, raspberry, and cherry, as well as floral and citrus notes.
Rose Merlot offers a delightful alternative to traditional red and white wines, combining the fruity flavors of Merlot with the freshness and vibrancy of a rosé.

HARVEST
2025. The Merlot was harvested in the first week of September. All grapes were in optimal condition for the harvest, as it was a year of mild temperatures with no rainfall during the harvest period.
ALCOHOLIC CONTENT
14% vol.
WINEMAKING PROCESS
Grapes were selected and hand-harvested from vineyards located in Porreres (Mallorca, Balearic Islands). Traditional winemaking methods were used, without the addition of yeast or bacteria (according to conditions defined by DEMETER INTERNACIONAL). Spontaneous fermentation and vinification took place in a stainless steel tank.
SENSORY ANALYSIS
Visual: Clean, bright, pale Provençal-style rosé with onion skin hues. Shows legs in the glass.
Nose: Very high intensity, with aromas of ripe strawberry.
Palate: A fresh and balanced wine.
